_{2. The promotion commences at 12am AEDT on 10/10/2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 14 December 2026. Qualifying purchases and services must occur before 15 December 2026. All times are Sydney local time.}

_{3. Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter, businesses involved in administering the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.}

_{4. During the promotion period, eligible customers will receive:
Five (5) entries for each eligible new, demo or used vehicle purchased from Sydney City Hyundai, located at 78 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.
Two (2) entries for each eligible vehicle service completed and paid for at Sydney City Hyundai’s Service Centre, located at 5–9 Harcourt Parade, Rosebery NSW 2015}

_{Customers may receive entries for multiple qualifying transactions. Each qualifying new vehicle purchase receives five entries, and each qualifying completed service receives two entries.}

_{An enquiry, test drive, service booking or submission of the website enquiry form alone does not qualify. No separate entry fee applies.}

_{6. Cancelled or refunded transactionsTransactions cancelled or refunded before the prize draw will not qualify. This does not limit customers’ rights under Australian Consumer Law.}

_{7. There is one prize of AUD $10,000 cash, with a total prize pool of AUD $10,000.}

_{The prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the verified winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 30 days after verification. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.}

_{8. The prize draw will take place on 18/12/2026 at 78 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.} 

_{The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries using random selection. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The winner does not need to attend the draw.}

_{9. The winner will be notified by phone and email within2 days of the draw.}

_{Results will be published at sydneycityhyundai.com.au on 21/12/2026, using the winner details required by applicable promotion rules.}

_{10. The promoter may request proof of identity, age, residency and the qualifying transaction before awarding the prize.}

_{Entries that are fraudulent or do not meet these terms may be disqualified.}

_{11. The winner must claim the prize by 21/12/2026.}

_{If the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place at 21/12/2026 at 78 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, subject to applicable requirements.}

_{Any replacement winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 days, and the results published at sydneycityhyundai.com.au}
